Pilgrim Day and This and That

Did you ever wonder what lunch looks like?

Finley takes questions after doing her oral Book Report.

Thursday was Pilgrim Day. In the afternoon we got to help make cornbread muffins for the feast.

We also wrote about A Day in the Life of a Pilgrim Boy or Girl,

Played "Naughts and Crosses"

And made Pilgrim Hats!

Health Screening and Wampanoag Day

On Friday morning we had a quick-but-thorough health screening. 

Spy training? No, vision testing! :-)

Everyone was weighed and measured.

And more vision testing...

and hearing screening.

Later in the day we mimicked the Wampanoag lifestyle with some activities like
