Saying Good-bye

Our last day ended a little dramatically...with a thunderstorm! We also shared a song which brought mixed reactions...

Beach Day

What did we do on Beach Day? In our room - the Ocean room - we....

went deep-sea fishing for words, 

played in the water,

learned about sea animals, 

explored items that sink or float, 

and enjoyed a delicious 'Palm Tree' and some Goldfish!

Our PAK (Parent and Kid) vehicles for carrying us into next year have started to come in. As you can see, it is pretty much anything goes!

The vehicles will be on display outside the sanctuary at Kindergarten Closing Chapel on May 27th. You will take them home at that time.

A Very Special Week (WOYC, 2015)

This week, in addition to all the fun and special dress days, our class had some wonderful opportunities to share the Good News of God's love!

 On Sunday...

we played bells,

and sang praises to Jesus.

 On Tuesday...

we danced the Mexican Hat Dance!

On Wednesday...

we helped lead Early Childhood Chapel!

On Thursday...

we led the prayer

over the PA system.

AND welcomed our Moms to school where we...

"showed off" for them,

took them for 'spin', 

and in general, shared recess (our favorite part of the day) with them.

We also sang for our wonderful Moms, 

gave them the "Mommy Massage"

served our moms a 'Lady Parfait'...

and enjoyed one ourselves, 

played Mom's Day Bingo,

and made picture frames!
